The World of Project Destiny

havent been updating in a while... ever since i guess last entry.... I traveled and enter into the world of Project Destiny. It is more than i expected. In this world, there is hours of meetings once about every two weeks. And the time Mid-Night is surprisingly means nothing. Its never too late in this world. There is also lots of paper works and data entry. What i like about this world is there is endless acronyms. CAP, CAP2, SFSP, PDARA, LUP, CMR.... all these wonderful shorten terms where other people have no idea what they are haha. Talking on endless phone calls. And in the PD world, i spend a lot of time hanging out with my family, who's first name is surprisingly all Google. Google Search, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheets, Google Talk, Google Desktop Search, Google Maps.

So anyway, thats where i been disappeared to. I am actually really excited for this summer. It is a new role to challenge me to be more humble, more confident, and more patient. I will be stretched a lot. I already feel like i am stretched a lot. I am really really excited. Okay back to PD World with more PD work. Catch ya Later! =P

Another 1.5 weeks...

There is only 1.5 weeks of classes left, while everyone else around me are like done with classes and they will be done with finals before i am done with classes. Good thing that I have no final this semester, which is nice.

So in the upcoming 1.5 weeks, i will have to do the following:
A Presentation in modeling road trip gas mileage and prices and usage using Mathematics, A Project which is teach the class about different type of joints of a robot and which point it will reach in the 2 dimensional plane, an exam in Abnormal psych and an exam Psych of Aging, a 7 pages paper in Impact of Immigration in American Culture, and 1 group paper on Modeling Rental cars, and also a Math Problem Set....

Aside from that, i will have to go over the T component with some people, and get them started on their role for this summer.

JYF Spring Camp 2008...

God definitely showed me a lot in this camp. God showed me how unprepared i was. God showed me what i can, i cant, and what i should do. Sometimes i know that God wants me to do, but i dont do it, and sometimes i know God doesnt want me to, but i will do it. I really feel that i didnt put as much into the camp as i should have. I guess i am committed to myself a lot to elsewhere as well. I am really sorry for the being incompetent as i am.

I also learned about the characters of Christian, Love, Responsible, Truthfulness, and Gentleness. I need to work on them, with power and help from God.

Anyway, camp was fun, afterward, i came back to amherst. Even though i was eating Steak, Salmon and roast chicken at the dining hall, i wish i was eating simpler food at camp with everyone. I definitely got to know some of you more.

It was actually my first time ever to see sunrise in my life. God's creation is very pretty, it is awesome, cant even describe with words.

It was definitely memorable spring camp....
  • Leading devotions in the morning, as i was thinking along myself. [i am really sorry if you think i was jumping around in devotion, i was not exactly fully prepared what to ask]
  • Listening to the message that Pastor Kenneth shared
  • Playing and watching all these games played
  • Waking up at 4am to get hot water with someone
  • Talking and chatting and getting to know some of you...
  • Sleeping on one side at night and getting up on the other side of the room in the morning.
  • First time ever to watch sunrise in the morning
  • Talking in the car with Pastor Kenneth [good time! =P]
  • Playing around and talking and eating with you all.
  • and Much more!
Thank you for this memorable Spring Camp!

I hope to see you all in fellowship, and upcoming saturday is Spring Camp review.
The camp does not end here, We will continue Spring Camp 2008-"Playing out good character" during this next coming months. =P

Finally feel what it feels like when 當你走到無力...
